During our recent romantic escape at Hotel Ullensvang, we were truly immersed in the breathtaking beauty of the fjords, complemented by the hotel's fantastic facilities. The enormous swimming channel, with its seamless transition from the heated indoor pool to the outdoor infinity pool, became our sanctuary, where we enjoyed serene moments against stunning panoramic views. Breakfast was a delightful affair, showcasing fresh local produce with generous options, ensuring every palate was satisfied - a treasure for anyone who appreciates quality, much like I do with my own tea plantation offerings back home in Galle. The attentive staff elevated our experience-they were not only welcoming but demonstrated a genuine passion for hospitality. We also appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the picturesque gardens by the water, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the natural wonders around Hardanger. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Ullensvang for those seeking an idyllic getaway, especially for couples looking to reconnect amidst nature's artistry.
